Some of this we own and run ourselves; some we built for someone else. Same team, same architecture, same people on call either way. We keep a small number of engagements open at a time, so whoever designed a system is also the one who ships and operates it.
Yarismax
A daily trivia platform we built, run and operate ourselves. Every evening at 20.00 every member answers the same five questions at the same minute — one attempt, one shared scoreboard, one shareable result card. It is our proving ground: the same architecture we design for clients, carrying real users and a daily publishing deadline.
- visibility_off Spoiler gate. No right/wrong feedback during play. When everyone answers the same questions, a single screenshot would burn the day for the whole country.
- bolt Served from the edge. The daily quiz lives in Cloudflare KV, so a viral evening never reaches the database.
- alarm Ops guardrail. A 16.00 pre-flight job checks whether tonight's quiz is ready — four hours before an audience would notice it isn't.
Justcanli
A live event and production platform we have built, operated and sold for five years, carrying paid broadcasts for real audiences. A live event gets no second take: it has to hold while people are watching. Keeping it there is our job, and after five years of doing it every week, it is a problem we know by heart.
- videocam Broadcast quality, from a browser tab. Guests join by link. Multi-camera layouts, branded overlays, prompter and recording — no installs, no production truck, no rehearsal for the host.
- lan The delivery layer is ours. We run our own streaming infrastructure rather than renting someone else's, so quality holds and costs stay predictable as the audience grows. The client never has to think about it.
- shield_person An audience you can safely let in. Chat, Q&A and surveys with real moderator control, so nothing reaches the stage that nobody approved.

Regional Business Networks
A membership platform for TURKONFED — the confederation behind 30 regional and sectoral business federations and the 286 associations under them. Federations, associations and their member companies get one place to find each other, and the confederation gets a communication channel it owns instead of renting. An EU-funded programme, delivered on the same bi-weekly cycles we run everything else on.
- hub One directory, two axes. Regional and sectoral federations, their associations and their members in a single searchable directory — filter by region, sector, organisation or person.
- how_to_reg A network you can vouch for. Sign-up runs through email confirmation and an administrator's approval before anyone is inside; from there each member curates their own corporate and personal profile.
- campaign Announcements and training in one place. What a federation publishes lands on every member's home screen, and a video training module carries institutional know-how across the whole network.
